I met Daniel in 2008 and we decided to become building partners. Daniel was recommended to me by my husband who contracted Daniel to provide innovative ideas for their office. As partners Daniel and I incorporated to build Snyder Manor, a 12-suite condominium in Didsbury. Having worked for high end builders in Calgary it was important to me to be involved with a partner that would bring the same experience and expertise to our partnership.

During the construction and completion of Snyder Manor I experienced the best building partner anyone could expect. Daniel was knowledgeable regarding construction, thorough, respective, and fair within our partnership and in dealing with construction trades. This was a challenging time with a downturn in the economy however we persevered with the project, researched financing to completion and to this day receive compliments of the building, 12 years later.
Daniel has many years of experience, an inventory of reliable trades, great ideas for construction alternatives, a flare for decorative finishing supported by product suggestions and has the know how to explore alternatives that are unique and trendy.
