We had lived in our home for 5 years before we decided to tackle some renovations. It was difficult to find a local contractor. We were given the name of DMT Construction, who agreed to come out and give us some advice. He gave us a very reasonable quote and he was able to fit us in his schedule. He did the demolition in a weekend and from there, it was easy to see, out the front window, as well as his experience and skill. Daniel was able to show us a very different concept from what we initially thought and we are so pleased with the outcome. He instinctively knew what our style was and worked in a few modern features to create a comfortable, attractive home. The lack of qualified sub contractors was beyond his control and he had to adjust his timeline accordingly. We’ve had many compliments on our unique kitchen cabinets and so glad he suggested them. Highly recommend DMT Construction: he brought insight, inspiration, knowledge, experience, equipment and tools, and above all, Daniel brought integrity, commitment and honesty. Qualities hard to find these days but we are grateful we did.
